yes, a washing machine when being delivered only damage was a grazing on the paint and was unseen from the front, and customer refused it , took it back to store , and two days later bought for £100 less than the original price new.that was legally one that fell off the back of a lorry . of course had the other as well many a time,SH>SH(i,ll deny it)

Its a code for freight vehicles originating from outside the EU to pass through frontiers without having to have their cargo inspected as the vehicle was sealed and check at its point of origin. If you see this the vehicle started its journey from a non EU country
