Not much happens, you get to rate answers and questions, there are 7 levels.

Click on My Q & A up in the green on your screen. Once your info pops up, click on My Score, Tell Me More over to the right under that guy. It will tell you everything about the points!!!

i think there are up to 7 levels... and at level two, u are able to vote about peoples answers... but no points for it. b ummer
