school is gonna start soon and i hate that i woke up in the morning depressed of this new !!!!!!!!!! what do I do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????

Well, try establishing a morning routine that you like. I, for instance, go outside for a few minutes, just to get some fresh air, before I go to the bathroom. Smiling at your reflection in the mirror is also pretty effective. Next, when you're in school, try focusing on what you are doing that moment, your subject, assignments etc, and not on how much time is left of the class, the day and so on. Stay in the moment, and the time will fly by. Try laughing and having fun in between classes, start a discussion with your friends and stay awake and consentrated. That should be a good start. Take on your new challenge. An education is very important before you know it you'll be finished. Don't allow things such as school to depress you...school is actually there to help you. Without an education you won't make it far in life. Value your time in school. School age time is your best time. I often reminisce of my school years.

to be in school is freedom. no worries of responsiblity. wait till you go out and make a living for yourself. thats when you knw what is depressed.. take it easy dear enjoy your few hours in school. enjoy what you could do after school without worrying. us adult have to think if we going to get a the cheque at the end of the month and will it be enough to pay for the rent and food and etc..... enjoy dear your youth years while you still can. take care.

Enjoy it, find a way to at least. Look for something I might gain from each situation I encounter with this feeling. You'll be fine. Things are never as bad as we think they're going to be.

Try to talk with someone who understand you...
or just take a pill to sleep deep and open your eye with a new day planned new things more interresting...
I my self get depressed easily, and some time, i just wait, wait for a better day....

dealt with it...you should not be depressed in going back to school...study hard, get good grades and have some friends...and think that good education will bring you towards success in the future...hang on...

I cry, take long showers, call my friends for advice and I don't know why it works but Ice cream makes both mu Mom and me feel a lil better

Just suck it up and go even if you're not in school and have a full time job, you still go through the same thing, waking up early.
