babies don't have the greatest circulation, my daughter has the same thing... I try to keep them dry and clean, but also loose clothing sometimes helps, If you have great worries about it take her to the doc.'s.

Small children have difficulty regulating there own temperature (hence the advice about no quilts under 1yr etc). It could be that she might be too warm. If she has other symptoms and you are worried then see your doctor. I was told by a nurse that small babies (as a general guide) should have 1 more layer on than adults feel comfortable with when its cold and 1 less when its hot.

Shes probably too hot. Dress her inlight clothing when out but when shes indoors keep her in just a diaper. If she seems irritable or has any fever don't hesitate to bring her into the doctors to get checked out....thats what theyre there for.
She may be dehydrated, give her more fluids but try not to give her too much sugary stuff.

Shes too hot and sweaty! Undress her a little bit. Put her in a summer dress and do you put socks on her, try it with the socks, if it doesn't help, leave them off.
Im that way now and 27 years old. I can't stand not having socks on my feet. The only way I sweat is my palms if I'm too hot.

An old fashioned one - dress your baby how you would want to feel - she may be too warm. But, if you are really worried - take her to the Doctor.

The skin of a child that young is immature so it may do things that you would expect and more than likely she will grow out of that.
