If your computers printer has a scanner, you can scan it into your computer files. Depending on the software you have you can change it to .jpg or gif or tif. .JPG is the most common. Most E-mails accept what your computer tags it as. (the newer ones do anyway).

Once the pic is on file in your computer. Log onto your e-mail and add it as an attachment. If you check out your e-mail you will find a help link and it will tell you how to browse your files for the pic and attach it to your e-mail message.

If you have up to date computer software it should be relatively easy.

Good luck.

You will need to take the picture to a place which can scan it with a scanner and make it into a .jpg picture file format onto a cd you can then insert into your computer and copy the .jpg file(s) onto your hard drive in your my documents -> pictures folder. Then you right-click the picture file and select e-mail this picture and then the e-mail send window will come up just enter their e-mail address and put in a subject and it will be sent with a description you enter as the subject.

You can find scanner services at places like Kinko's, Staples and some Shop Rites and Walgreens. Or if you have a scanner at home or built into your printer you might have a way to scan the picture without having to go out.

You could also put your pictures onto a web page you create in html on a service like http://www.geocities.com or check with your internet service provider to see if they offer you server space for html authoring for the world to see.
