I don't trust an (immoral) institution that bases itself on stealing money from people. They use part of the money for pet projects (pork barrel) to get rotten politicians reelected.

Sure we do. We must trust our government. Remember this is an International forum. Be more specific. We all assume U S of A. The definition of Democracy is Trust. Everyone gives up all Authority to a bureaucracy in exchange for one vote.

who is "our government"?
it is impossible to trust (or to distrust) an amorphous undefined multi-person organization
its like asking, do you trust polynesians? or even do you trust Y!Answers
our government is made up of thousands of elected officials and thousands of civil servants
some of these people I have complete trust in, most I don't know at all, some I distrust
officials statements from different parts of government, say a press release from the whitehouse, is difficult to trust because one never knows who wrote it, who edited it, what its for
I believe the current president is an honest person, I believe he believes what he says.
I don't "trust" him to do the right thing everytime, but I believe he is trustworthy.

No. It wouldn't be wise to trust an institution that has betrayed the trust of the electorate in every task they have been given to perform.

if you fools don't trust our goverment why dont you go to Iran or north korea where you would be happy . It seems like every one wants to come to America. You America haters hanen't figered that out yet (leave and be happy)

No. Their recently policies (like eavesdropping on American citizens without warrants) or requesting Internet data lead people not to trust this group.

Well, to be living in america.. YOU ALL MUST!! Because if you didnt trust them.. youd go move to Cuba!! Where they control your EVERY move!! I mean, you all trust them to keep you safe and protect you! They are just trying to keep america free.

No one does. The bolder ones think they can run some scam to see what they can get out of it. Firemen use to tell kids; " Don't play with matches. " Same thing here.
