I don't see a problem with this at all. Just call the prison and ask if that certain person is still there.

You should be able to go to a maryland state gov website and find a search engine for inmates. Just call the prison and ask.

You can do a search at:
http://www.publicrecordservice.com/
You will need the name, etc. of the person you're
looking for and it will tell you where they are in the
prison system. If they have been transferred to a
different institution it will tell you which one.

i think your best bet is to either go down there
or to call them and ask them what process you
would have to go thru to find out if the person
your looking for is still there....which i doubt
but it doesn't hurt to try.
