Yes! It's easy to configure and you don't need pay anything. Just remember: all yours e-mails will be erased in web-mail and downloaded to your HD.

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.com
using SMTP port 587
Account Name/Username: yourusername
Email address: youremail@yahoo.com.br
Password: Your Yahoo! Mail password

you are going to get alot people telling you cant do this however this is not accurate
you need to download a program called ypops from yahoo
then install it
if you are using outlook for your email when you get to the part that needs the pop and smtp info type in local host for both sections
once you are all done with the configurations in outlook or whatever program you are using start the ypops application
then do a send and receive and thats it youve got mail
note:if you use your email program all the time you can set ypops to start when windows does if you dont then set it so you start it manually.

It's my understanding that you can only do this if you subscribe to Yahoo's paid ("Plus") service. The link for that is http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/pop-28.html; this link tells you how to set up Outlook to "look" at Yahoo's servers. To my knowledge, Yahoo doesn't allow non-subscribers to access their mail servers directly; you'd have to know the name of the server to set it up in Outlook similarly to the link above, and I've never seen any reference to it.
