Civil Marriage in the Philippines?

I am planning to get married in civil in the Philippines, Can someone tell me what are the requirements I need to do before getting married?? and also how long does it takes for the process of petitioning my husband from the Philippines to come here in US.

I think before marrying a filipino, you have to go to the embassy and get some papers. This you have to fill out and present to the city hall of the city where you intend to marry. The site will tell you everything you need to know:)
