Has anyone else seen a movie called Handmaids?

I saw it once when Iwas little, and I know it was very inappropriate for me to be watching, but it scared me, and I have no memory of why.

I think you mean "The Handmaids Tale"

its a great movie, maybe a little too dark for kids though. Based on a book by Margaret Atwood, which is well worth reading.
The basic idea: in the future, the US is ruled by a Christian Theocracy. A virus has left nearly all women unable to have children, the few who can are called Handmaids, and are forced by the government to bear children for high ranking politicians and businessmen.
