I have just found out that I am going to be a grandmother. My daughter's last name is Gold. I am going for the name to be Silver Ann Gold for a girl, but would like more choices to give to her. It will be her decision on her childs name. She is due in April. Its too early right now to tell if boy or girl. Any suggestions I would really appreciate. From a soon to be a Nana. Thanks.

Sarah Elizabeth Gold is pretty and traditional! Landon Jacob is a cool boys name I would sty away from Silver Ann because kids really do torture kids with fun names. I would love to name my child something fun, but wouldn't because of that!

Personally... I'd never do that to a child. It may sound "Cute" but this is her name, something she/he will live with for a long time or if a boy forever. Kid's can be cruel teasing, and a name like that would certainly be the brundt of many jokes. I'm a new Gramma myself and I'd of had something to say if my daughter would of tried to make a cute statement out of my little guys names...Go with what Mom & Dad like, just not too trendy... Like.... Rumor? Scout?? Or Talulabell ?!? APPLE???What? Were they thinking lol

First of all I think that the name that you picked out would be really cool but with teens and kids these days who knows if she would get picked on when she got older. I am a teen and I would know because it is really hard in school to be yourself and have people accept you for it. Anyways:
I think that Viola Marie Gold would sound nice for a girl.
And...
I think that Patrick Matthew Gold would sound good for a boy.
