You really can't, unless you see proof ... like someone else's lipstick on his shirt, many phone calls to another woman, etc. But you can talk about this subject to him and ask him if he would ever cheat on you. You should have an idea as to whether your marriage is still in tact. Do you still share common interests and sleep together regularly? If so, you are probably doing okay.

sometimes you can't. However look for the basic signs. Lack of sex, staying out late giving you friends as an alibi. Clean shaven, frequent showering. More Cologne, clears his cell phone in and out calls. delete e-mail constantly, and can't look you in the eye.
