I've been eating bananas and oranges like crazy, but I'm still cramping up in my calves when I ride hard. Afterwards, my calves stay rock hard for days. I'm 34 years old and riding at 8000 feet elevation so I don't know if it's just me overdoing it or what. I didn't have such problems riding last year. I also seem to be getting chest pains after only 20 or so minutes of hard riding. What's wrong with me??? Thanks for any help.

it somewhat is amazingly somewhat elementary. i might say stretch them out and consume a banana until now you circulate to mattress. The potassium interior the banana can help avert cramping or a minimum of make it much less severe. additionally, determine you're sturdy and hydrated, that would help out too.
