Wow! I guess eating meat makes a lot of people really ANGRY and ABUSIVE.

Thank you Garden Nerd. I'm glad someone out there has some empathy!

My goodness, I can't believe there are so many children answering your question. How incredible!

Well, I eat meat, but I believe firmly that everyone ought to have a choice in what they eat or don't eat. But, I'm sorry to say that while it may have grossed you out, it wasn't a health hazard, unless of course you were allergic to the meat. In which case it probably still wouldn't be the taco maker's fault you had an allergy anyway.

Hey, I can relate...I can just imagine how it'd make me feel if someone put a piece of octopus into my food. I love the little octopus creatures because I scuba dive and have witnessed first hand how intelligent they are and how much personality they have, and I hate the fact that people eat them.

So, phooey on all you mean people who've answered this person's question with hatred and prejudice. You're much more the sissy than you say vegetarians are.

You might have a case. There are very strict laws for publishing ingredients on the package. If that is violated -- there can be a case.
However if you got it in a restaurant -- probably no case, as you technically suffered no damage.

P.S.
Look it's not like i do not have any empathy. However you did not ask if it was "wrong" to put meat in bean taco -- it certainly was wrong. You asked if you have a case. And not all things that are "wrong" make good cases. I believe that unless you had a nervous breakdown and went to a hospital because of that piece of meat -- you have suffered no damage. and realistically your only way to recover is if the company who sold you the taco did not indicate the ingredients properly on the label, against which there are harsh laws.

To a vegetarian, finding a chunk of meat is as disgusting and nauseating as if any of you flesh eating b*stards found an eye ball or a cockroach in your food. What's with all the sh*t talk here, people? I hope you all find a big greasy hair or a huge booger in your next meal!

Noone will take the case unless the meat was diseased, and after you ate it you died or got mad cow.

You'll have to eat it first and find out.

Then you might have a case.

Why did you choke on the meat and die? Obviously not, you have no standing so don't waste their time.
