how do you dispose of kerosene?

we found a plastyic bottle of it in our back yard. It is kerosene mixed with water.

Burn it or let it evaporate.

Your town may have a hazardous waste disposal service connected with your city services. For that matter, just pour it in the waste oil bin down at Walmart.
