Why do we torture ourselves with heels day in and day out? They are obviously not comfortable! I have yet to meet a woman who is "comfortable" in a pair of heels and walks more than 10 feet at her job every day.

OK - if you say you DO feel comfortable in them, how much to walk in them in a given day?

They are sexy and make your legs look better. If the pain is worth the gain, go for it. If not, keep a backup pair of comfy flats in your desk drawer and when you can't take the pain any more, put them on.
Nice flat strappy sandals can look just as good and not be painful.

I never really gave much thought to female footwear, but I clearly recall a time I went out with my wife when she wore a fairly nice looking pair of high heels. I suggested that we take a walk after dinner and explore the town a bit. Her reply blew me away. She said, “I can’t walk in these shoes.” I though I was having one of those surreal dreams where you go into a McDonalds, order a burger, and the guy tells you that they don’t serve meat products.
You have to look at the function of a thing! If I spent 10 grand on a sporty car that made me look sophisticated and was the sportiest thing you’d ever seen, but, when you asked to take a spin in it, I told you, “I can’t drive it.” you’d think I lost my mind. The function of a car is transportation; the function of a shoe is to walk in. If you have heels that you can walk in all day long, fine but there is no reason to purchase a shoe that you can’t walk in. if you are short, be short and love it. Most guys like shorter women anyway.

Hello, nice to meet you! Not ALL pairs are uncomfortable, and no, they're not as comfy as my Havaianas, but I do have several pairs that don't bother my feet and I can walk around in all day. It's just a matter of finding the right fit & heel height. I've just never really liked flat shoes that much.

Becuz heels are designed for us women! Heelz make us look more sophisticated (if you're a slut, than no) and it gives us a boost if were cute and tiny. :) Plus, it makes our legs look longer and sexier. Heels are fun and nice. Therez soo many to choose from, and thats the best part! Were girls, it comes with out nature!
I know heels can get a little irritating sometimes, but we take a break from it and wear it again.

I'm very lucky to work in a place where you can wear whatever you want.
high heels makes women's legs look longer and more beautiful, plus they look good on their feet. it's true, i have tons of heels and don't wear them because they hurt so bad. i have one pair made my sergio rossi that are not too bad.

well i think that everyone is to obbsessed about style if we could waer anything and not get judged then we would be wearing athletic shoes
