Everybody is different. I start PMSing about 1 week before my period.

hm....i've never experienced pms. but i have cramps with my period.
i would say a normal person starts around 11 or 12? or do you mean days b4 the period?
in that case, i read about a week or so

Your question, as you can tell, can be taken 2 ways.
Usually a day or two before starting.
Although my 9 yr. old granddaughter has moments when she seems to be pmsing
already.

everyone is different. there's no definite answer to this. its like asking how much pain one should experience when mensturating.
