iam pregnant. i have 5 weeks but am bleeding . sometimes i get pain in my back . wat could it be?

I had this with my first child. There was a tear in the gestational sac - the sac that the baby is inside of. I had spotting for about a month and was supposed to "take it easy" - not bed rest but no heavy lifting, no work, no sex. But everything turned out ok.
You should go to a doctor asap and have yourself and baby checked out. Bleeding is not a good sign but does not always indicate miscarriage - as the above proves. They may do ultrasound to make sure baby is still viable. And will probably do blood work to determine if your hormone levels are correct for your stage of pregnancy.

I was told that bleeding during pregnancy was not good. I would see a Dr. asap.

bleeding does not automatically mean miscarriage. If you have bleeding that soaks a pad, you should check with your OB asap.

If your preg. and bleeding, get to the doctor! It could be many serious factors!!!!! I have two children and this is not normal.

You aren't pregnant any more. You are having a late period or a miscarriage.

not too scare you but i would go to the ER to be checked and make sure the baby is ok it could be diff things noone here knows cause they are not God//Good luck........
