Why is my mom dumb?

She lets people run over her and then she complains to me. Then when i say something about her standing up for herself because she deserves better she gets pissy at me and starts defending the people who hurt her!

Like the other day her sister told her she needed $200 and my mom only had like $220 left and she sent it even though my aunt NEVER pays her back and I NEEDED $40 and she didnt give it.

So she starts fussing at me because auntie just came into $1000 bux and she didnt pay her back. I say you should have not gave it to her. you shoulda told her to ask her son who is rolling in the dough and she gets pissy and goes 'you dont know whats it like! Thats my sister and Im gonna turn her down. All you think about is yourself but i think about others too!'

Well mommy you should think about urself too then maybe you wouldnt be miserable and whiny.

So pls help me... why is my mom dumb?

Your mom doesn't sound dumb, she sounds depressed, all she seems to do is help everyone and all of them walk all over her.

Maybe you do need $40, you can earn it - you are young and healthy.

You probably won't like what I am saying but maybe you could give your mom a hug occasionally and tell her that even though she drives you mad sometimes you love her anyway.

I am a mom and I know how hard it is, you sound like a teenager - sometimes you lot can be a real pain, and sometimes you can have much wiser heads than your parents. Give the woman some moral support and watch her go all soft and mushy.
