I believe it's possible, they have access to the server and can view cookies and usage I think. They have monitoring products for just that.
Most that I have seen DO NOT MONITOR KEYSTROKES AND SCREENS OR COLLECT PERSONAL DATA. They have rights to access the server but it would be an invasion of privacy to go that far

Yes, it is possible. Many employers do have monitors in place. There should also be an Internet policy if you are at a sizeable company.

Yes, just about any company with a computer network can monitor their employee's internet activities and their E-mail.

It's their equipment and it's their time (the time they're paying you for while you're surfing the internet).

Yes, that is very possible and legal, by the way.

Some companies definitely do it. Since you are on their network, they can have access to every URL (internet/web) request that goes out and can associate that with the user.

They can see every keystroke you make if they want to. The network resources belong to them exclusively, as do you on company times, so they have every right to monitor what you do. I can't say they all do it, but I wouldn't risk it.

I'm in school right now and my instructor can, but we're studying the Internet right now, so I don't think she minds as long as we sort of keep up with what she's saying.
