I myself have been acting on stage since I was 5, when I played Gretl in "The Sound of Music". I've kinda lost track of how many plays I've been in so far, but it's been quite a few. The latest one was a retelling of "Puss in Boots". I was lucky enough to get the part of Puss. Thanx.

I've actually been in the Sound of Music twice. First as Gretl when I was 5, then I played Brigitta when I was 10. That one was kinda tough, because my dad died just shortly before I started the rehearsals. I've also been in The Wizard of Oz (as Toto) and Annie (as Pepper).

My first big role has just finished and it was one of the Von Trapp children also! I hope it's a sign that someday I'll have been in too many plays to count :o)

I've been in six so far (I started in the 7th grade and been in every play/musical possible since). Tomorrow I find out if I got the part I want in "Little Shop of Horrors". I'm so nervous!

*these are all school plays or ones at camps*
A die in Jumanji (hey, it was a big role!)
Sound effects in A Christmas Carol
Lilly in Annie
Dot in Honk
A Soldier in Moon Over Buffalo
A Servant in My Fair Lady

This year, my school is doing "The Sound of Music" and "Nunsense" and since I am taking a drama course, that's another play I'll be doing.

I was in a play in Middle school called "I sincerely doubt this old house is very haunted." I don't remember much about it as it was 25 some odd years ago.

I've been in about 65, at last count, and I've directed a couple of dozen more.

Great thing about acting...as you get older, you merely "graduate" to new and different roles.
