Does Babyface and his music have what it takes to be remembered in 20 years, 50 years and later?

Just kidding. I've never been a fan of his performances, but he is certainly one of the finest song-writers of the past 20 years or so. If for no other reason than his song-writing ability, I think that he'll be remembered for his accomplishments.

It will in Indianapolis as part of I-65 between downtown and the outer loop on the south side has been renamed in his honor.

Of course he will. Maybe not as much for his own songs (which I think were great) as much as for all of the many, many songs he wrote for other artists. I will never forget him just for his song, "When Will I See you Again". It always makes me teary.
