talk to your vet about them and see if they really are mating. If the have any babys, you could always sell them for extra money.

Separate them. The female may still lay eggs and sorry but she can hold sperm for literally, years. Females lay infertile eggs sometimes too. If she lays them in water, they won't hatch. Get a box and fill it with potting soil and vermiculite and keep it moist (not flooded). If she has the urge to lay eggs she may bury them there. Do not turn the eggs, they aren't like birds and the babies will not survive. You don't really have to take care of babies, they just kind of hatch and are ready to rock and roll. You can give them to a pet store if you end up with little turtles.

Give the female or the eggs away to someone who wants the babies.

If this is their first time, the egs are unlikely to be fertile anyway, and two males will indeed perform a mating ritual in some circumstances.

Turtles lay eggs. You can remove the eggs and then you won't have any babies. Easy as that. Most turtle habitats don't have the right conditions or temperatures for the eggs to hatch anyway. So I wouldn't be too worried if I were you.
Good Luck

I would suggest selling them, but if you've grown close to them or want to keep them I suggest asking for help from someone experienced raising baby turtles.

Seperate them or give one to a turtle rescue.

I’m afriad there is little you can do now if they have already mated. You’ll just have to give their young away once they hatch.

I think you should film it and send it to Discovery Channel. They love showing animals copulate
