Search for a purpose. What is important to you in life? What can you do to help make this important thing a reality?
I suggest you look outside yourself. Often people tend to get fixated on their own internal turmoil when they are feeling as you seem to be. This makes them introverted and less appealing to others, thus increasing their level of isolation and loneliness.
I suggest you find causes you can volunteer for, get out there and help others, be active, do things, accomplish something.
It will make you feel better, give you that sense of accomplishment, help you to develop skills including social skills, make you more employable (thus helping to address financial woes) help you meet people and reduce your loneliness and isolation.
Praying cannot hurt, either.

Then get yourself to the nearest nursing home & visit the aging people who are struggling to have just one more day,ask them why life is so important to them, they have wisdom & some of their answers may astound & amaze you into thinking life is worth every day you have.

If you truly mean it...you search for nothing, as your mind has been made.
If you don't...you are searching for someone to care.
