This time it has been doing it for a couple of days and is just getting on my 'NERVES' more than anything else.

This happens to me as well. I've had it for at least 6 months. But my Dr. says that it's caused by stress and lack of sleep.

i have this problem as well i am not sure what causes it but it usally bothers me when im stressed or over ecited it makes me wonder if it has something to do with blood pressure it usally goes away when i calm down but then sometimes i just get it for no reason i have it now

IT IS YOUR NERVES. YOU MUST BE UNDER STRESS AT THE TIME. I HAVE IT HAPPENING TO ME QUITE OFTEN. CALM YOURSELF DOWN, STOP WORRYING SO MUCH AND TRY TO RELAX THE EYE WITH A COLD TEABAG, PREFERABLE CHAMOMILE. HOPE THIS HELPS.

My mom told me it's from too much caffeine -- I get it from time to time too.
