Think about this: why don't any extremely poor people have acne?
Even it the racing hormone years of being teenagers.

Answer, because htey can't afford the types crap to eat that people with acne can.

Use the money to buy healthier food especially food that's not packed with chemicals, preservatives & Bad cheap vege & Animal fats.

Your body gets rid of things it cant process (toxins etc.) through the skin aswell as the obvious ways.
When you've got the hormones racing, this happens lightning quick and the hormones will be responsible for putting these toxins there even without junkfood... SO, adding to them with external nasties, is what causes an acne "problem".

If you llived a completely pure lifestyle you might get like 7 pimlpes a Year But Never Acne.

IMPORTANT- FIND OUT WHAT YOUR ALERGIC TO SKIN WISE AND BODY WISE.
THIS CAN BE A MASSIVE FACTOR, especially if your getting blind pimples.and hive looking ones.

Make the only Oil You use cold pressed or purely italian Extra virgin olive oil & Cut down on 90% of Chocolate & nut intakes,

-no fabric softner with your pillowcases and hypoallergenic wash powder and change it every second night.

FOR WHEN YOU'VE GOT AN EVENT/DATE THAT NIGHT.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Neutragena Advanced Acne Solutions. It is sold at most drug stores for around $30 and works really well, and one bottle of the wash, moisturizer, and overnight step usally lasts about 1/2 a year.

I say just go straight to the prescription stuff. I spent way more money on the nonprescription stuff (clean&clear, proactiv, neutrogena) that only kinda worked, than I did on 2 prescriptions that got rid of my acne for good.

wash your face on a regular basis- 2-3 times a day, stay away from greasy and high sugary foods, drink water instead of soda.

if you're looking for a topical gel, try clearasil on the spot acne treatment- about $7.00 at most drugstores

wash your face with a gentle soap..
dont use alcohol based products. If you strip the oils from your skin, your face works overtime to produce more oil to replace the lost oils.
dont pick them as scabs and stay out of direct sunlight. it causes scarring.
