Depends on the kind of dancing you want to do. If it is the kind that you keep your clothes on (which I hope that is what you mean with three kids and all) then don't answer any newspaper ads, otherwise, just dance.

I would start by taking dance lessons at a local dance studio. The better studios have adult classes. I would then, after some training, audition for some local theater groups. I am not sure what kind of dancing you are interested in, but if you really want to dance for a living New York and Los Angles are the best places.

If you're serious, then start with the classic form of ballet. From that foundation you can move into tap, ball-room, or wherever you wish to go to express yourself. It's also a good idea to practice good posture and work on grace and style.

take dancing lessons and if you want to take it as a professional career, i say youd have to go to a certain dance school. but other than that, if you just want to have fun. id say take dance classes.
