how do i adjust the head restraint of my bmw?

the passenger side seems to be stuck and will not go down

there is a little clip at the bottom of the headrest push this and pull it up at the same time or push it down this should do the trick!

There's usually a little button on one of the two metal pins at the bottom of the headrest where they go into the seats!

take out the head rest using thebutton pins and place it back into the seat...that should def do the trick
