For a city that size, that is surprisingly small. Who came up with this figure anyway. Are their any such things Legal Gangs? I have a feeling that this is a purposefully incendiary statement disguised as a question.

I once did a paper on that .... I dont think that there really is anythign to do about that unfortunatly...
Did you know that in one of the states that border Mexico I think maybe Arizona or New Mexico (cant remember which one) there are like 2,000 illegal crossings each day!!!
Thats just crazy~

Spray paint their gang logos in each other's area. But not just them the legal gangs too.

If you tell them where the legal gangs are, maybe they'll join those.
