HORSES!
AaAAAgggH!! I hate 'em with a passion!
Usually ridden by little girls far to small to control them, they are dangerous, get scared by traffic, cause long cues of considerate drivers - they are not covered by insurance, they foul the roads and never clean up after themselves, they don't pay road tax, and when they aren't being ridden they are being towed in a rusty horse box thats swerving all over the lane, being dragged by a woefully underpowered, rust bucket that has a top speed of two miles-a-fortnight!
AaAAAgggH!!
Gosh that feels better... Glad to get that off my chest.
Great question!

4x4 drivers cause they block the visability of most regular vehicles on the road and are completely unnecessary unless you live on the serengetti or something.
people who cannot understand that it is helpful to other road users (and pedestrians) to signal if you are turning at a roundabout and also dont seem to grasp that if it is clear you can drive straight through you dont actually have to stop at every one you come to to be honest it seems to be a trait of mostly women who are supposedly good at multi tasking yet cant look to their right or left and keep there car moving in a straight line. im not saying im perfect but i have only been driving since last year and i can handle it

I despise all motorists who drive whilst attempting to use a mobile phone. They are not only breaking the law but endangering other people apart from themselves.
I have seen first hand the carnage left from an "accident" caused by someone using a mobile phone whilst driving and it is not pretty.
Of course, this ignorant, selfish practise will not be eradicated because the resources are not there to prevent it. There are however, enough resources to clear up the bloody mess caused by these thoughtless people for whom the mobile phone is God.

Old people drivers - they drive way to slow on motorways, and have no sense of which lane to stay in on roundabouts, e.g.:
A few days ago on a 3 lane roundabout:
Left lane for 1st exit and second exit
Middle lane for second exit only
Right lane for 3 rd exit only
The old man was in the left and just drifted over into the middle lane - lucky no-one was in the middle. It was clearly marked which lane is which

Caravanners on a narrow country lane travelling really slowly, and people that hog the middle lane of the motorway even though the inside lane is free. Also tractors during the peak periods and you cant overtake.Boy racers without insurance just just have their cars seized and crushed in front of their eyes....hit them where it hurts IMHO

Boy Racers
Because they show a lack of respect for other road users.
