If you are not secure, you cannot fake it.
Try to find people who help you grow as a person. People that are not self absorbed and who realize that you are a living person.
You can grow a little stronger every day.
Until then, it will help to have someone to hold you when you are not so strong.

I consider myself the epitomy of a secure women.
1. I am financially independent
2. I am confident in my looks and body, although some days I am not (who needs to know that)
3. I am educated with a masters degree in history
4. I am honest, nice, caring, yet business savy
5. I can like other woman even if they're hotter than me.

Surely it is that she stop critizising others in an attempt to hide her own insecurities. My girlfriend is always criticizing left and right when we go to the mall. I tell her it´s a bad habit and she says, she does it because she knows other women do the same against her as well.
