You Could Soak the inside down with fresh water to get rid of some of the nasty stuff you probably got into a big puddle or tried crossing a low water crossing...

Then park it in the Sun with all the windows open. To Hasten it along you could also add a couple fans or so to keep the air circulating thru the car...

Otherwise a detailer can do this but it will cost... and you still may not be able to totally be able to get rid of the odor...

Your problem doesn't even lie in the upholstery. It is in the cushions of the seats. Likely you are going to have to either 1) sell your car at the auction or 2) redo the entire interior, down to the cushion.

YOU SHOULD BE AMAZED THAT THE CAR WORKS, NOT WORRY ABOUT THE SMELL. Be glad thatt the water didnt permanently damage the engine and wiring. Btw, if you go to some self-service car wash places, they may have some spray-on freshness centers
