Wacky Water Pen Game By Tomy Bacck in the late seventys early eightys?

it was a pen but also a game the top of the pen was a clear cilinder and had for example rings you had to get around a pointed small ship there was also a fish one were the big fish had to get the small fish in its mouth.Colors it came in were red yellow green
