Phone query. Does anyone know the name or contact info for an overrider in the UK? [You might do, please read]

Overriders are cheap numbers which we ring and then they forward us to the real number we want. The benefit is that if the number we want is expensive then we only pay a small fraction. Anyhows, does anyone know one in the UK? Anything? I want to phone my brother, but it's too expensive unless the cost can be kept down.
