I'm a pretty thick woman: 5'4", 180lbs. I have big hips, thighs, ***...but my breasts are sooooo small--almost microscopic. I'm a 38B. I wear bras that offer me quite a lot of assistance. But, I still don't have that juicy look that I want... Do you think I should get implants just because I want them? I mean I'm not suffering any kind of psychosis or mental issue because of the size of my breasts. My men like them but they don't give them the same attention they give other parts of my body. I saw a tranny once who had really nice breasts and they felt really nice too. (Would feeling up on a tranny's boobs be a homo move? LOL!) Do implants affect breastfeeding later in life?

Well, it depends what kind of implants ypu get. IF you get the kind that are nto water bags inside of you, you should do well. But there is one where if the implant leaks, your will "body" it. It shouldn't harm your skin cells then. OR you could just get the "fake boobs". Just buy the rubber "boob material" and stuff it inside your bra. But, if you want a nice size for your boobs, I'd say to go to 38D. Good Luck!! Best Wishes!

Before considering this type of surgery, I would suggest trying to lose some weight, possibly 30lb-40lb. This is because having breast implants will make you appear even thicker.

If this is not an issue for you or you are just very muscular, by all means go ahead, if you feel this is what you want. But make sure you have at least three consultations with highly reputable surgeons.

There are many implants options avaiable. My recommendation to you would be to have the newer cohesive silicone gel implants, which have a 'gummy bear' like consistency. The great thing about these types of implants is that if they were to rupture, they do not leak. These can only be inserted through an incision under the breast or around the areola. They come in round and tear drop shape, depending on your preference and can be inserted behind the breast tissue or partially behind the muscle.

Good luck and take care : )

Getting breast implants is surgery, with all the potential hazards of any other surgery. You may end up with an infection, breasts that don't look natural or otherwise disappoint you, and yes, if nerve or duct tissue is damaged by incisions, then you could have trouble breastfeeding later. If you can be happy without 'em, I wouldn't spend the money--I might try and transfer some of your breast yearnings to butt appreciation!

Don't do it. A lot of men actually do prefer a natural woman. Yes, there do seem to be a lot of vocal one's that would tell you to make your breasts as large as possible, but don't listen. You have a great butt and hips, so why do you need big boobs? You don't.

Oh, and B cups are hardly microscopic!

Do it for you and nobody else. Implants have to be replaced every 10 years and I really don't know about breast feeding I think a doctor recommends you wait until your done having kids to get implants. But that's your decision.

It sounds like you're a confident person, and as such, you're probably fine just the way you are. Implants are usually for people who lack self confidence, or want to make more money as a stripper. But in the end, do whatever feels best to you... don't do it because of others.

I personally would not get them. So for me to offer you any advice- do what you feel you need to do for you. If getting implants will make you feel better about yourself "Go for it".
But be happy and satisfied with the body that you have and take care. Good Luck!!!

Per your BMI you on the border between obese and morbidly obese. You might want to focus downsizing the rest of your body instead of adding more weight.
