It's a party at a night club with soap bubbles coming out of the wall. I went to one my freshman year of college. It's not fun unless your drunk. When your done you'll probably feel like a prune since you are supposed to dance in it all night!

usually foam parties are done in clubs. they get a machine that makes lots of foamy bubbles(like when you wash dishes). and then....things happen. lol
