I dont knwo if you have noticed, but there are more questions about why whites are so racists, than there are whites asking racist questions.

See you bring up race! And blacks, why blacks - I noticed you mentioned all races so that was considerate.
I do not agree with racism at all and I believe that the public does show good positive black people such as that lady in the white house I can't pronounce her name nor spell it :-) but she is very smart. Same applies to some comedians, musicians and a lot of others. If you ever watch COPS you will see white trash, just as much as you see the indecent blacks.
I just wish black people would stop yelling "PROFILING" when they get in trouble. That's old news! I'm having trouble lately because I put my son in public school where at least 50% are indecent black people who are bused in. They come from high crime, don't care about education and all the public school is a babysitter for the parents who are out collecting financial aid. But then there is 20% of decent blacks that are great, smart and brilliant but they do not get the education they deserve either when the other kids are so disruptive. My son is a minority of only 20% on the white end and the other 10% are spanish. So, I don't think all white people are racist.

Relax. If there is hatred against the Ebony race, everyone only need know that every single race on the Earth is a descendant from the Ebony race. Racism exists everywhere in every form and NO ONE is immune from these feelings. In one way or another everyone dislikes something about someone no matter where they are from. Just travel around the 50 disunited States. People within their own state dislike others from the same state. Go Figure. It is an inherent trait from the dawn of time and it just needs to be controlled - like a drinking problem or a drug problem -right George and Laura.

I normally try and dodge these questions, but you raised a good point.
There is ignorance all over the world today in every creed. Nobody wants to put intelligent people on the news, because that's not what people want to see. It's boring.
The people who make it on the news are the people of a lower class all together. For instance, I'm a white southerner who happens to live in Tornado alley. It's insulting to me when after a storm comes through they show only the toothless, illiterate and loud rednecks. That's what the public wants to see. Not the middle class family who had enough sense to get in the basement, or to a safer shelter.
I feel your pain, really I do. But lets blame the media for it somewhat, and understand that there are people out there who don't buy it all the time, every time.
Peace.

The big problem here is, do blacks want to be judged individually or collectively? It can't be both ways. If the want to be judged individually they are going to have to start publicly criticizing the bad behavior in other blacks. Instead of defending why a person it looting, criticize them and hold them accountable. Let the media know, that there are no black leaders unless they want the Sharptons and Jackson and other race baiters declaring themselves as the voice of blacks. Stop voting 90% democrat. No other group give their votes away automatically. Stop all the demagoguery. Repeating the same black slogans year after year keep the black society ignorant. Unfair and Racist are shallow words.

Wait a minute. Just because a person is on Welfare does not mean they are ignorant. Have you ever took the time to consider that maybe some people need it to survive.
Not every Black Rapper is ignorant either ( even though 98% of them are crude ). Take for instance Common and MosDef.
I agree that the world is full of ignorant people of all races, but you can't put any race of people into Two Classes. That sounds racist in itself.

I am mixed race so obviously my mum is white and my dad is black. Personally i do see a bit of sense in what you are saying but not everything. For instance there are a lot of black people that we hear of for instance Nelson Mandela and martin Luther king and not forgetting that we have a black history month which is important to me. If you look a people and not their skin then you would see people in a different light. When looking at someone ignore the skin colour thats merely just an accessory not something for people to judge on.

Ok, but aren't you being racist when you pick out the 'Indecent blacks'? There are a few white, asian, indian and mexicans who act the same way. So why do blacks take everything so to heart? Personally, I feel that it is a lot of black people who are racist, and try to point the finger at everyone else all the time. Please don't take this personal, I'm just being honest.

Your question doesn't cite examples. If you are going to make a claim such as yours I need a reference to see if it is racist. I agree with what you say. Racism is alive and well. It is sad but true. I see just as much racism against whites as I see against color. All people have their indecent people. The only way to fight that is with education and love.

Just as black people need to wake up and stop blaming whitey for everything. You'll notice just as much anti-white drivel on here as you do for anti-black, Jew, Arab, Christian, etc. There are good and bad of every group and I think most people understand this. You'll also notice that most of the derogatory comments come from the same people.

I suppose I haven't seen racism per se so far on Yahoo!Answers, but they may mean that I just haven't chosen questions that would've shown it. I have seen a lot of meanness directed toward those who've typed questions that didn't have good grammar and spelling, and toward people who are asking questions that are deemed as stupid questions. Also, in the religion and spirituality department question section, there are a lot of people with their dander up, ready to go to battle with anyone of another faith/religion, but those people asking/answering question in the religion section ought to expect that......
But I bet there are also those people who direct racist anger toward others as well. Perhaps I haven't gotten any racist responses because my avatar's skin color isn't necessarily Hispanic, white, or Asian. Racism is immoral, and those people are worse off for being racist. It looks stupid to people when someone acts racist.
