I own a condo. Upstairs from me is a family of 6 young boys... none of which I was aware of when I purchased the condo. In fact, I was told there was only one small boy living there. Anyway... for over a year now, their playing, running, stomping, and what can only be described as something that sounds like "dwarf tossing" has been going on above my head, rattling windows, shaking pictures and mirrors off my walls, and keeping me awake.

I have been more than nice with this family. I have been more than understanding.

I was told last night at 11pm that "my boys right to play is more important to me than your right to sleep" by their mother.

This is all-out WAR now....

Give me suggestions to get them back!!!!

Wake up really early in the AM and start banging on the ceiling with a broom...or blasting your stereo--based turned up extra high...I'm sure the mother will appreciate that especially since it sounds like her boys don't get to bed until pretty late.

It's really to bad at their time of sleep it is your time to be really loud and obnoxious. If you are renting the condo, you could complain to the owner, otherwise you should have some sort of strata council that you can lodge formal complaints with.

get a sterio, find out what kind of music they dislike, and wait till they are asleep and blast it,give back some of what they have been giving. Or call the cop`s and make a complaint.

Go to the top of their flat and jump on it.

Sue them.
