Of course it hurts your putting a hole in your face, you need to keep it clean and rinse with listerine a lot, when you take it out, and eventually you will it will leave a hole for the rest of your life! If you get a Marylin Monroe the scar will be less visible but hurt way more when you get it done. If you get your libre pierced expect to dribble out of it every once and a while and it will cut the gums on the inside of your mouth and that hurts too. Either way your better off getting you nose or eyebrow done they dont hurt at all and leave very little scar later in life. Now your septum hurts like a son of a bit*h but the scar is completly non visible. Good luck

Probably hurts, just like any other piercing on a body full of nerves
You probably can't kiss anyone for a while.
And it prob leaves a scar like every other piercing
My advice... if you're already thinking about it leaving a scar if you take it out... then you might not want it long-term if you're worried about the aftermath... try stickers... those are fun.

It will probably hurt. Piercing the skin always hurts. And it will become infected because you will get food in it. And of course it will leave a scar.

well yea getting a hole in ur face is gonna hurt. Yea it leaves a scar also. But......the pain wont last forever.

It hurts, it can left scars , it can cause inflammations, sepsis......... but who cares, so many people have it ,so why waive and rather float with the current.
