Munch on almonds or other mixed nuts. Do this halfway between breakfast and lunch and again halfway between lunch and dinner and you will see how much more manageable your hunger is. As for LUNCH itself, pack something light and eat it at work.

Eat a light lunch, then take a few minutes to take a brisk walk - it'll perk you up for the afternoon and you'll burn off some calories at the same time!

Does your work have a fridge to keep food in? If so pack a healthy lunch, like a salad with chicken breast (Skinless) and fat-free salad dressing, and a whole wheat roll with low-fat spread
