relies upon on who the shipper used. FedEx includes each and all the USPS in one day and precedence mail. So, in the event that they used the postal service of their united states of america, FedEx would deliver it to the states, then the USPS would deliver it on your door. If it comes from the a techniques east, i will deliver it.

I go FedEx. USPS has absolutely no customer service. And I don't trust them with sensitive items. FedEx seems to be extremely fast and friendly. UPS isn't bad either but I have never quite recovered from the strike a few years ago that cause havoc with my shipping.

I try not to use the USPS as much as possible. They are arrogant and could care less. Plus, in May of this year junk mail surpassed 1st class mail. But tye love it otherwise 1/2 the employees would be slinging burgers. Use UPS my friend.

I can ship a manilla envelope with about 20 sheets of paper for less than $5 with UPS ground to ship next day with USPS- $14.
Packages, I usually go with USPS if they are not to big. (ie. softball sized pkg. less than $3, a pair of men's jeans- less than $7, but that is not next day.)
