I agree with hipshod420. Tommy Boy is pretty flippin sweet with his cat-like speed and reflexes.

In the movie Brasil, there is this factory, and all the workers are moving around like crazy. Then the manager goes into his office and they all immediately quit working and sit around. When he come out again the immediately start working again.

Use "Modern Times" with Charlie Chaplin. It's a silent movie, and I laughed my a** off. (Who knew he was that funny?) I'm a pro at manufacturing, and Charlie told it exactly like it is.

Well you have two of the best three already listed Strange Brew and Gung Ho, the one they missed was Take this Job and Shove it. All have great factory scenes.

I dont know if this would fall in the category, but there's this part in the movie Elf where Will Ferrel (elf) is working in the packaging department I believe and there is this part where a tube sucks up things, and he puts his hand under it and he says ,"It so sucky." I dont know why but I find it hilarious.
