I think Kit's answer captures the emotional meaning of the phrase. Literally it is something like "To the little girl she (not sure why you have nanita instead of ninita), little girl she, My girl has sleep (is tired), Let her be blessed." I would say something similar to Kit if I were saying it in English, like "Oh, my little girl, she's sleepy. Isn't that sweet?"
