neutrogena acne mark fading peel? please help!?

i was wondering if this is how this product works---
when i use this will my face start peeling because its suppost to peel the layer you have so a new layer will come up and the marks will be faded?

I think it depends on the kind of skin you have. But alot of products are cheep and lie only to get your money. I've never tried it though. sorry.
