it is possible to be both british and a muslim. About 5% of Britons are muslims. SOme are white, some are not

When you say Brits, do you mean Scots, Irish, Welsh and English collectively?
Or did you mean to say English/
For personal reasons, I hate the yanks referring to us as Brits!
We are either British or one of the four mentioned!
And in answer to your question, very small!

British refers to people with British passports. Islam is a religion. So you can be Britsh and muslim.
