It's way to tight and it's a medium. I tried a large and thats just way too big and having comfortable helmet like that just isn't worth dying for. They took as much air as possible out and it still didn't work. so if theres anyone out there that can help me out here I'd really appreciate it because it hurts like an mf.

I had that dillema before. I always had tight helmet that pressed on my forehead. And one season I said I would go for that and got a bigger one. But the top of my helmet kept slamming the bridge of my nose on really hard hits. I doubled up on the ear pads and that helped a bit. Have you tried over inflating a larger one?

I It depends on where it hurts you...if it hurts on the ears only, trying jamming it open with a board or something, and leaving it, eventually that portion will give a bit, and not compromise the helmet's effectiveness. Otherwise you need to get the large one and add more padding, or get a custom one.

Shave you head or put on a skull cap, grease the top inside of the helmet with petroleum jelly. You can use that stuff on your feet too before games-lather em up and put on your socks-your feet won't hurt as bad after the game.

Buy some samller pads inside, or take some air out of the medium. Or, u could buy bigger pad for the Large and put some air into it.
