I think it depends on what you put under the blazer. If you wear a white collared shirt it seems very proffesional and boring. If you put a brightly colored camisole under the blazer it will look fun and classic.

I think they are universally attractive on both men and women. A good blazer is a must for any wardrobe because it is do versatile and can be worn as formal wear or sport wear. Neat, trim, beautiful style jacket.
