I am proud of what I've become which is a successful mother and fiance after years of abuse, hair set afire by a classmate in the seventh grade, getting a black eye in school over a pack of cigarettes bet, having my 5 brothers and 1 sister being bullied when we were younger because we were poor, having the principal of our elementary school scream aloud to my family in the cafeteria, "Get out of the lunch line, your mom hasn't paid for your lunch so y'all don't eat!", having a former boss tell me that I can't call off to tend to my ill father but had the audacity to show up at his funeral with flowers, to have another boss say, "You're of the clock so you have to get off property" even though i had a severe case of the stomach flu and was coughing up blood every where and was informed by my physician to wait on the paramedics, etc. I should write a novel but God has blessed me anyway in spite of what I've gone through.

What am I proud of?

I am proud of the things that God has given me in life.

He died on the cross for me so I could live, gave me a husband and a little boy who didn't almost make it when he was a new born. God has done many things for the intire universe and is still doing things, he works in mysterious ways you never knew he could.

I am proud of my mom for raising three grown children to be decent and caring human beings. In spite of having next to nothing and surviving everything from abusive men to poor health.I haven't always been close to my mom but now that I have children of my own I understand the strength it takes to be a good parent.
