I go to bed around 11:00 PM and get up about 5:30 AM. Yes I'm usually tired during the week.

Grumpy means sleep-deprived, hon. I try to get to bed by 10 or 10.30 if I know I have to be up early. I also try to avoid the TV or computer for an hour or so before bed, because the lighted screen stimulates your brain and makes it hard to drop off to sleep...with YA around, tho, it's hard...more addictive than potato chips!

It varies from 9:00 pm to 2:00 am, which is rare.
I would like it to be 9:30 pm but I tend to stay up late because I have trouble falling asleep.

10 at the latest. If you don't work out the right time to go to bed to let you get enough sleep it'll never change, you'll always feel worse off for it in the morning. Try forcing yourself to go to bed and read or something but dont watch TV - itll keep your mind active when you need to relax.

I'm unfortunate enough to work nights and evenings.
My body clock dictates that I go to bed around 3 or 4 am most days.
When I am working, I eat then sleep as soon as I get home.
That said, I often have a few beers, fall asleep, and feel like siht all day. (or night).
You are not alone.
