I bought this snazzy homecoming dress. It's kinda coral (pinkish orange) with a slightly sparkly orange shade to it. What shoes would go well with this. A friend of mine suggested gold.

You could match the dress with a pair of dyeable shoes.
If you think that would be over the top, gold or silver to match whichever jewelry you are going to wear. Gold earrings = gold shoes. Silver earring = silver shoes.
You could also try pink to bring out the pink undertones that coral has. But I would think that doing it in orange would be over the top. Something like this would match:

I'd wear a strappy bronze or gold colored sandal (if it's warm enough) or I'd go to t bridal shop or somewhere that dyes shoes and have a pair dyed to match.

I wore a dress this color in my sisters wedding and we all wore cream color shoes...not beige....not white. Mine were high heel thong sandals so you actually couldn't see the color a whole lot.
They worked out well and I can even wear them again.

if you dont want to get dyables to "match" your dress completely, try a something clear. with clear straps with some kind of shiny design on a light brown clogg, or something gold would be okay, as long as it isnt dark in color.
